Originally designed by an Australian Telco, this simple to use tool checks the pin position in a N Coax connector. It has a resolution of 0.001 inches (1 thou) & accuracy of ±0.0002 inches.

The gauge is designed to measure male and female connectors without rezeroing. It checks correct shoulder position of the male & female N Pin, safeguarding against insufficient engagement or shoulder interference (causing splaying of the female fingers). These issues may result in unreliable Connector operation or serious damage to the mating equipment.

Suitable for US Mil Spec MIL-C-39012, MIL-STD-348 or IEC 169-16 Specifications.
